By using MY EPK you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it on your public page. Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
No impersonation, no spam, no unlawful or hateful content, no attempts to break the service. We may remove kits that violate this and may suspend accounts that repeat it.
The service
MY EPK is provided free, as is, while in its early stage. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features with notice on the site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MY EPK is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free plan is zero.
